"The property is beautiful and the hot springs were amazing. There were so many it didn’t feel to crowded. It’s nice that there are hot springs jut for over night guests. The room was super cute, big and clean. My only complaint was the check in process, there was only one employee with a long line of people. It took forever. For such a nice property and the price this process should be streamlined better. The manager needs to do better at scheduling and making sure there is plenty of staff to help at check in time, especially on weekends. "
