Then to have a cup of coffee the next morning on a chair overlooking beautiful scenery. This place has access either way across Rancho CA and then the back way to dePortola. A very well kept and appointed property that we would come back to as a couple time and time again. "

"The owner was very nice and it is obvious. She put a lot of effort into the rooms in the rooms. The first night was wonderful. The bedding was so comfortable. Everything was great. Bottom line, it is a shared situation. People arrived talking at 3/2 AM and continued to talk For over 30 minutes."

"We had an good experience staying at this property. The property was very clean, exactly as described, and met our expectations. The neighborhood is walkable and is a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Jason provided a water bowl and a cushion for our dog, which was very thoughtful, and there is a small turf area for dog potty breaks. The owner was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for self-check-in and checkout, which made the process stress-free. I recommend this place...

"Place was beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly need. We loved having coffee on the deck every morning and even brought our dogs as well as they loved the quiet and paths to take walks on. We will be staying here every time we come to visit family! Highly recommend!"

"We were looking for a short trip away from home to unwind and this definitely fit the bill. We loved watching the hummingbirds on the feeder with the mountains in the background ! The room was clean ,and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed several restaurants including a "Pop up" only open on Sunday morning where we had incredible Mexican food. Valley View casino was a convenient short drive away as was Bates nut farm. The host was very responsive and available."

"The property is well equipped and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning of our stay. We loved a private patio and SPA with great view. There are many things to do around the place within 30min by car, San Diego Safari Park, Oceanside beach, Carlsbad Premium Outlet and a lot of breweries. "Very nice private guest house in nice neighborhood close to the beach. Home is in neighborhood near lots of shops and restaurants. Great patio with gas firepit. Full kitchen and washer & dryer - everything you need for an extended stay. We will definitely be back!"
