"Excellent location. Easy walking distance to downtown Estes. Chad & Michael were awesome hosts. Our room was spacious with a comfortable king sized bed and right next to Thompson river. Fire pits and evening smores was a nice touch and breakfast was adequate. We will definitely return and highly recommend! Rick"
