"We had a great trip to Estes Park and would absolutely stay at Trailborn again. It was a beautiful hotel, comfortable room and great location. Our kids loved the free smores in the evenings. Our first room didn't have any water pressure in the shower and they immediately upgraded us to a new room, no hassle. The customer service was excellent. "
