"We had zero hot water, so we could not shower. Very disappointing. I let the staff know when I checked out and they said they would let a manager know and that someone would get back to me about comping some money off our room. It’s been 3 days and I’ve left 3 messages but no return calls. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if management would respond to my messages. But I’ve got no return calls or emails. Very disappointed. "

"The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub. "

"Staff were very nice. I liked the communication leading up to stay. Rooms could use updating, but beds were comfortable and for most part room was clean. However, vacuums won't get to edges of floor boarding and there was a layer of dust/dirt/particles you see every time climbing in to the bed. Aside from that small thing, I'd recommend the stay."

"This was a beautiful location. Definitely recommend. You are right by a river and some good trails. The only thing was the maintenance/ housekeeping on the golf cart knocked on our door two hours before check out and apologized but proceeded to wait the rest of the two hours outside the room in the cart for us to leave so it felt a bit rushed. "
