"Amazing stay. Close to public transportation and restaurants Operators were extremely helpful with information on sightseeing and how to get there. Unfortunately we were pickpocketed on the metro but the operator gave us much help to get docs printed etc. We were very grateful for the kindness Not easy to find but after a bit we figured it out. "The property was conveniently located to the train station, dining, and souvenir shopping. It was easy to get to if you wanted to walk to local sites or take a taxi. The staff was available 24/7 and very friendly. There is an elevator to get to the floor the hotel is on. The property was well maintained, clean, and had AC. Our only complaints would be that the room was a bit cramped, the bathroom door was a pain to close, and the shower had uneven water pressure and didn't have shelf...
