"Exceptional location, price and service. Upon arrival, the front desk was overly friendly and helpful; very much appreciated when traveling in a new country and city. The hotel is beyond charming with a courtyard and wood beam ceilings. The breakfast was as expected with delicious pastries and the option to eat in the breakfast room or in the courtyard under the Olive tree. Location is steps from the plaza with multiple restaurants and bars, however, with that comes noise late into the evening."

"Hotel Trastevere is a perfect hotel for visiting Rome. We were able to walk or take public transit to all the major sites in Rome. It's in a fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The staff is AMAZING! Every day they made us lattes, cappuccinos, and a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend Hotel Trastervere! We'll be back! "

"Located just 10 minutes walking from the livelier part of Trastevere, we loved our stay here. It's modern, sleek, spacious, clean, comfortable, with very friendly service. Even a little prosecco bottle as a welcome gift! The bed was firm but very comfortable, and while on a busy street, the location is still quiet. Note that guests don't seem to have control of their own thermostat (maybe during certain times of the year when the weather is cooler? Our stay was in March, weather around 50-60F)....

"The hotel santa maria, 5 stars is not enough for how great the place is. Right in the heart of the Trastevere area but provides a tranquil and quiet retreat until you are ready to venture out. The courtyard is lovely, and the staff are really helpful. This is a stay we will treasure and will definitely go back to the next time in Rome."
