"The hotel was situated in the perfect location for sightseeing famous historic landmarks. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Only fault was that it didn't have a lift and we were on the 2nd floor with a lot of luggage."

"Do not stay here! Extremely rude customer service from lady at front desk. We paid the city tax in cash when we arrived, however, as we were checking out she tried to charge us again. We advised that we had paid, she insisted we didn’t and treated us as if we were trying to steal from her. Most horrible experience we’ve ever had. I could not believe that she doesn’t keep records of who paid, and treats customers like that. Also, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, hotels.com has incorrect information...

"Amazing stay. Close to public transportation and restaurants Operators were extremely helpful with information on sightseeing and how to get there. Unfortunately we were pickpocketed on the metro but the operator gave us much help to get docs printed etc. We were very grateful for the kindness Not easy to find but after a bit we figured it out. There is a lift for your luggage. "

"Well , let me just say upfront, please don't book this hotel, it looks nothing like the pictures here, what an utter disappointment, i went in looking for a deal, but upon arrival, the otel is not in what one might consider to be the greatest neighborhoods in Rome, you get thrown off when you can barely find the entrance to the hotel. Entrance requires that you push on the doorbell to be let into the building, that was my very first flag, building looked like it was an apartment building that...

"Staff was very nice but the room was not as displayed in photos. Older room which needed some Much needed TLC. A/C wasn’t working. But overall if your not spending much time in the room it had a great location and was only a walk from everything."
