"The room was not clean at all, they left us for long time until they came and the room was not clean. They asked us to take a tour in the city for one hour and come back. We came after 2 hours and the room was the same !! Not clean."

"There’s no one at the property routinely. No marking of any kind on the door or the intercom. If not for a kind delivery guy, we’d have had to find somewhere else to stay. Bed quality was poor but that seems Robbie the norm. "

"Excellent guest hous. Succefull location - 20 min on foot to Colliseum, 25 min on foot to the shuttle to airport. There were all what i needed - shower in my room, hair drier, iron, clean towels. About cleaning: you won`t see no one dirty corners in this house,everything very clean.In general it is nice, comfortable, cozy place. House`s owner very nurturing, he does best that you leave satisfied."

"Great B&B! The place is modern, clean and located in a great area. The staff we kind and amazingly helpful. The service was terrific and they provided great directions to get around Rome. I would suggest that more clear directions be provided to get to the B&B but however the location was steps from the train station, walking distance to many of the tourist attractions (i.e. coliseum) and restaurants. Would highly/strongly recommend staying at this B&B. "
