It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. "Beautiful house and location. Our only complaints would be that the house itself was fairly loud (creaky floors and no insulation between rooms so can hear when someone is up early or late) and sheer white curtains (making everyone have to get up with the sun), BUT all that said, wonderful old house. Very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you'd need. Would definitely recommend!"

"Everything was great about this stay. Very clean place set off the road a little but only a few minutes from all the shops. Stairs and everything were shoveled and salted when we got there and there was more close by if we needed it. Left during a snow storm and the host was very nice and plowing the road which helped a lot. Definitely going to be staying here again!"

"My family including 6 adults and 2 children stayed at this house February 14-17, 2025. House is as described in listing. House was clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed the sun room as we watched the snow fall. Karaoke machine was a big hit with the grandchildren. We would definitely go back and remarked that it would be fun to be there in the summer. The only suggestion was for some hooks to hang winter coats and jackets."

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion.
