We had a great stay, except for the 1st night when the power went out and it was very cold outside. However, the host was very helpful and did everything he could to make the house as comfortable as it can be under the circumstances. He was easy to get in touch with and replied back immediately. "We had a truly wonderful stay at this lakefront property in New Hampshire! The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views right from the house and so much to do on the lake. We loved having access to paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes—such a treat to be able to get on the water at any time (though it was a little too cold to do it this trip!)! "We were a multi family group with a slew of kids and the house was great for us! The bedroom set up let us get kids to bed and not wake them when adults stayed up in the evening. Super cool property and it felt really private. Everything was really clean, including a sparkling hot tub . The location was great for access to winter activities- ice rink down the street, trails, and ski resort. Would definitely stay again! "

"Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

"This home was lovely and appeared to have been recently redone with fresh paint, new appliances, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was comfortable and clean, well kept. We had a great stay and will definitely return next time we are in Manchester."

"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas.
