"Everything was very good and excellent except for the parking, the excessive price of $45 per night and the worst thing is that they charged me for 2 nights when I had only made an inquiry regarding the parking. The staff we encountered at check-in and in the breakfast and bar areas were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We came for a friends trip, booked multiple rooms, but always had easy comfortable spots to get together in the lounge. Lounge. Breakfast was $20, and much better anticipated. I have also stayed in the citizen M in London, and based on those two stays, I'd confidently book a Citizen M any time."
