"Great views, great location, great staff. Right beside the National aquarium, 7 Foot Knoll Lighthouse, and Historic Ships to tour. Amazing food everywhere including McCormick & Schmick’s and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse onsite with the Hard Rock Cafe, and Phillips right next door."

"Start of trip was challenging. Arrived after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait over an hour. They should have offered a drink coupon. I didn’t receive a text that the room was ready so stood in line again to check status. The couple next to me was offered an upgraded room. I then inquired for myself and they did offer a room on the executive level. That room was nice and it was nice to have access in the lounge. "
