Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk. The person working the desk thought to turn it on, then picked up our call right away which allowed a very prompt return of the phone to my mother!! We cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at this Holiday Inn and will return when we are in the area! "
