"We arrived on June 22, 2019 around 3:30pm, only to find no one in the office to help us. We rang the bell on the counter several times, still no one. Finally after a period of time, a man came to the office, I can only assume it was the manager or owner. I gave him a copy of our reservation confirmation. "I with the front desk worker and they explained why this hotel is about $100 less than the other hotels a minute walk away, has torn up hallway carpets, permanently unlocked exit doors, but good showers, good and clean beds, warm rooms, and good breakfasts. The hotel caters to the local miners who surge in and expect a good bed, good shower, and good food but not a pool, hot tub, good carpets, etc, but like saving money.
