We just stayed one night as a stopover on a long road trip. The room was clean and quiet and they had a great complimentary breakfast with lots of hot/cold food choices. We are BW rewards members and this hotel met our standards for a fine Best Western. Would Stay again.

Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were told they would call us when it was ready. They never called. We checked in later and got a room. The food at breakfast was out when we got there. They refilled it later. I would rate this model very mediocre.

Broken window screen. Broken shower toggle, .Only one garbage can in whole room, making it inconvenient in the restroom area. Hot tub had no ability to control.

The staff was unable to check customers in at check-in time because "the laundry person called in sick". Rooms were not cleaned nor ready. There was a birthday party going on at the pool with about 15 young children yelling and splashing, barring any other guests from using the pool facilities. One child crawled under the door to my toilet as I was using the facility.
