Wasn't ever able to be able to check in my room because their system was down front desk was supposed to get back with me and let me know when the system was up and ready so he can check me in and never did to do so poor customer service. Understand if it's limited training due to just a feeling but don't take down a number and say that you're going to get back to someone that's been waiting for their room and never even tried to make it attempt

Room was ok. Front desk was fine. The guy in the morning wasnt very friendly. There is no place to eat the breakfat they have. You have to take it back to your room. Its very hard to carry hot coffee and your breakfast back to your room. The asian restaurant next door is great.

It was fairly quiet. That was the plus side. The mattress was thin and the whole bed shook. The floor creaked. I don’t understand how this place was rated as high as it was.

The motel was easy to find. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses were a bit thin but the continental breakfast was surprisingly good considering the size of the lobby

Simple but comfortable and clean
Friendly staff, clean room, and comfortable bed. My room was cleaned every day. For the price, the hotel had exceeded my expectation. The only minus was that I was not able to connect to their internet. I didn’t ask for help because I had a great phone reception.

Quick sleep
We just needed a place to sleep for one night. The bed was comfy and check in easy even though we had a late arrival. The managers were friendly. Breakfast included juices, cereal/oatmeal, muffins, bread, apples, yogurt, string cheese, and a waffle maker for fresh waffles. Trays were available to take the food back to your room since there were no dining tables in the breakfast area. Our room was quiet for sleeping but could hear other guests in the morning. The only negative was the shower head in our room, 112 needs to be replaced.

The Stay Express Inn is a great place to stay. This is our second time staying here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean & they have plenty of parking which was a plus because we were pulling a trailer.

We booked this hotel because it was rated 9.0 out of 10, and it had laundry facilities. $6.00 for one load of wash, and another $2.00 for a dryer load. The bedspread had a blood stain on it that we found when we turned it down, and later when we pulled down the sheets to climb into bed there was debris in between the sheets. Hair, lint and other dirt. It was very late, so we just slept in our clothes. The man at the desk was also rude and consending to my wife. I would give it a 3 out of 10.

The booking was what I was looking for and worth the price. Comfortable and clean room. Bathroom was not too small. Great water pressure. The shower had a grab bar and a non slip mat which I thought was great.
