"My stay here was perfect! Upon checking into our room the pull-out couch was broken, so the front desk personnel up-graded us to a better room. Every interaction I had with the staff was wonderful, they are very pleasant and helpful 👍. Morning breakfast was also fantastic, they did a great job of not offering the same thing each day! 5/5 😁"

"We went as a girls trip we loved it this property was truly the nyc experience our rooms view was amazing we stayed in 623 we had 4 beds a kitchen and a bathroom it was clean and cute loft style our room did get super hot but it was a. Easy fix to turn off the three room heaters and open the window. We could see the Macy’s and the Empire State Building from our room.
