"The hotel was stunning! So clean and well designed. Rooms were huge for Europe! We had a whole living and dining area in our suite which was great bc we had a seperate room and the kids had the sofa beds that were actually pretty comfortable. Staff was very nice also. "

"Good breakfast buffet. Great location with plenty of options to dine and shop nearby. Close to the subway station and within walking distance of the main Madrid attractions, but not in the middle of the super touristy and super busy areas of the city. "

"The hotel is Beautiful and located in central Madrid, but is only one problem, a guy who happens to be the restaurant manager (Breakfast). He has single handedly ruined my stay at the Hotel and I would definitely never visit again EVER thanks to this horrible man!"

"Breakfast facility very crowded. Not enough seating. Poor choices, same breakfast everyday, no variations . Also on weekends there are hugh crowds of party goers hanging out and they can be loud. Unfortunately the windows keep noise out, they are not completely sound proof so if light sleeper you will hear them. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Location was amazing "
