"A really friendly staff as well as better than average breakfast... a really nice bar with friendly staff. The check in staff was accommodating and friendly and the porter staff was attentive and helpful. Good location for close (7 minute walk) to some great bars and restaurants as well as pop-up shops."

"Excellent property as far as cleanliness and condition. Conveniently located close to subway, bus station and about 20 min drive from the airport. Breakfast was great! Staff were pretty friendly. There are not too many dining options around though. Not really within a walking distance to tourist attractions either. So this is a great place to stay between the flights and to take a day trip to Valparaiso or other surrounding areas. Not the place to explore Santiago without a need to...

"Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Really beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We arrived early in the morning and they were really kind to let us check in straight away which was amazing after a long overnight flight. I would highly recommend staying here."
