"The W is known for its high quality and the W Santiago lives up to this excellence. I wish I could live there! The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality. I loved the whole experience and will stay at the W again soon"

"Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free..."

The one downside was that there was construction of some sort in the building, at times where I could hear tapping or even very loud equipment. Also I had difficulty plugging in my wall chargers: there were outlets that did not seem to allow my adapter to fit into the holes, and other outlets which did not work on the last day of our stay for some reason.
