"Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free..."

"The W is known for its high quality and the W Santiago lives up to this excellence. I wish I could live there! The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality.
