"Terrible hotel where the only positive thing is the location. The communication in booking and in general at the hotel is not existing. An example is the bar that opened at random times during the week and the staff did not know anything about it. We booked a room with breakfast and access to spa. Turned out that the spa access was only once during the week - BAD communication. But the worst was the condition of the spa area. It was all very old and only half of the features that worked. "The location of this hotel is perfect-it's near everything you would need and want to see and right across the street from the Metro or you can take Uber anywhere as well. We were very impressed by the staff here. They are friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. This hotel is clean and modern. My daughter and I were happy staying here and will come back again! "Everything was amazing! 10/10 Would recommend to anybody. Staff was extremely helpful at all times, quiet property, nice location and great walking distance.
