"Lovely hotel. Clean, modern rooms with super comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms with separate bath and shower. Spa is fantastic as well. Very central for all Bath sights. Will definitely come back."

"Everything was good except the TV is of a poor quality and the channels are really randomly organised. Also the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and there was no explanation of why that happened!!!"

"This was a convenient quick stop between flights. It's about 5 minutes to walk from the arrivals lounge, by the time you've walked around the pedestrian paths. The hotel is new and sparkling clean. Tea, coffee and kettle etc in the room. The room was quiet. Our flight was delayed so we sadly didn't get to enjoy the hotel facilities, but the communal areas were spacious and inviting. "We had a great stay. The only thing we found a little difficult was trying to find the building within the complex as there are so many. Otherwise parking was close by, good selection of shops and places to eat near by. It’s a very quiet area."

"I am a visitor from Germany and don’t know Cardiff. This place was very clean and nicely fitted out/decorated, with some nice modern touches which lifted the place above the average and made it feel more cheerful :-) Everything I needed was there. I felt comfortable and safe. Great location with bus stop outside the door and very close to city centre and train station. The only thing I would recommend is checking the mattress-which seemed to be uneven. It may be time for a new one! Many...
