"I traveled from 5hrs south to attend a funeral service the following morning and arrived after 11pm. The instructions were clear and easy to retrieve the key for the room. I never saw one person since I left fairly early around 8:30am. There wasn’t much for breakfast but I didn’t expect much since it’s probably their off season and it didn’t seem there were many people at the hotel. "Property is very nice overall starting to show a little wear mostly in the kitchen- paint chipping on some of the cabinets, garbage cabinet could use replaced. Was very clean on arrival. The only issue was hot tub- it was not clean or usable upon arrival. Called Vacasa and they said they would call me back. They callled the next morning but the usual hot tub guy had already shown up and cleaned and treated the hot tub. They did issue a small refund for not being able to use the hot tub for part...

"Convenient off Rt. 1. Stayed here before heading to ferry terminal in Rockland for early start to Vinalhaven. Walkable distance over the river back to Wiscasett for dinner. Walls and floors seem "thin" or not heavily insulated - lots of noise from upstairs and next door at various points in the evening."

"Well decorated with a Maine theme! The large kitchen was the star! Fully equipped with anything you could need! Bonuses of nice china and good silver and pots and pans too! The variety of beds worked beautifully for our family too. We took advantage of the fire pit and loved the corn hole game too. Loved the flower garden for bouquets during our stay. House located so visits to surrounding area was easy . "
