"I saw previous reviews and think some people just moan for the sake of it, my stay and twin room did exactly what it needed to, the room though basic , was adequate for our needs, yes, there were a few mouldy patches in the shower room, but you tend to get what you pay for in my experience. "As check in wasn't until 4.00pm we wanted to explore Stratford but did not want to park and leave our suitcases on view. We rang to see if we could leave our luggage at the hotel. We spoke to a very nice receptionist who said that would not be a problem. When we went to leave the suitcases the receptionist realised I used a walking frame, she offered to put us in a room that catered for disabled people.
