"Second receptionist warmer than 1st. Maybe the offer of calling us when the room was ready instead of asking us to call to see if the room was ready would have been more efficient/going the extra mile. Food was lovely, lovely village location. Shame the sewage works was going on whilst we visited but not hotels fault. Don’t agree with the service charge automatically being put on the food bill, food was lovely but not cheap and then 10% charge on top for serving two people. To be fair...

The Cotswold Way begins (or ends) here so there are plenty of walkers about... like mentioned earlier make those reservations if it's a busy season."

Chipping Campden has all you need for your stay including wonderful pubs and great shopping. The cottage gives you the warm authentic feel of an english cottage with all the modern conveniences .
