Getting on the elevator there’s dirty panties rolled in a ball in the corner, our room had a used water bottle, casino workers will walk right by you saying “ma’am or sir” "

"Room had been somewhat upgraded. Only complaint was that the temperature setting on the heater did not work, so the unit stayed on and ran at a high temperature no matter the setting. I reported it to the front desk when we left. All staff were polite."

"The staff is very friendly. Those that you do encounter. The restaurant inside the casino are good 8oz burger bar was my favorite. The others are very pricey. The only negative is the rooms need work. In our room the wall paper was peeling and it's very dark. Lighting would be a plus. It's hard to put makeup on in very deem lighting. :) Other then that I would recommend. "

"The front desk staff were very friendly. The heat was on 76 degrees when we arrived in our room (very hot). The mattress was not good, at all and the bathroom was very dated/stained. One of the lamps on the room was inoperable and the tvs are very old. "
