"We take an annual girls trip and by far this is the best cabin we have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and the house is very nicely done. I am very picky about living room furniture in a rental because most are not very comfortable. This couch was so comfortable and fit the four of us to sit and watch our favorite movies. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor games as well. Highly recommend this cabin!"

"Property was clean and fully stocked! Plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and relaxing! Beautiful view of the lake with groceries near by. Good communication with friendly host. Only possible downside was the dogs next door. They only barked when we were out front. They’re just being good guard dogs, but may be a turn off if you are not a dog lover! "

"We just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving week at Moon Shadow Lodge. We loved the seclusion and quiet! Dugan made the entire process very easy and is excellent with his communication. "This little cabin is on the best little beach. You can't beat the location. The rope swing was awesome. Our boys were swinging constantly. I would recommend bringing some blister tape, to wrap their hands and prevent blisters. My only real complaints would be that the cabin was in real need of a deep clean and the neighborhood dogs were a little concerning, but overall you can't beat the river. . . "
