"I loved that our floor was quiet and it wasn’t overly crowded inside the casino. Although I selected a smoking room I would have loved more ventilation (only 1 of us smokes) I would love to see an upgrade to the bathroom rooms like spa showers. I didn’t like that there was only one elevator to get to the parking garage. This was our fourth time staying at the hotel and I’m sure we’ll be back!"

"This motel never disappoints us! Our room was clean with nice bed linens and fluffy towels. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water available. Coffee is available in the lobby area and a self-service waffle maker provides complimentary breakfast. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. This continues to be our motel of choice when visiting the Memphis/West Memphis area. Thanks so much!"

"We're still here but the room has been very nice. The only issue is that the fridge didn't work but that wasn't a big deal to us. Friendly gentleman at check-in, the room is everything we needed for just crashing for a few hours before continuing our travels. "
