"I was skeptical based on reviews. Luckily, I had an amazing experience! Staff was always readily available and on site. Each time I walked in, I was greeted and when I needed extra linens for the sofa bed, we got them without any problems! The room was clean and comfortable. No issues with AC; breakfast was always plentiful and fresh. The pool was down for maintenance at one point, but they made up for that by leaving it open past normal hours that day. Parking was plentiful and security was always outside. Great value and great locality! "

"Specifically reserved this hotel for walking distance to Riverbeat Festival. Hotel staff was really respectful and nice. Walgreens was around the corner and other restaurants and bars were walking distance. "

"Unique boutique hotel within a short walk to Beale Street. We really loved how the rooms were decorated and thoughtfully designed to complement the existing architecture. Valet parking was helpful. Only downside was the lack of coffee makers in the room and minimal breakfast offerings in the cafe. "

"Enjoyed our visit. Nice breakfast but Hampton Inn in Bartlett offers a much better one. The mini suite was very much an upgrade at no extra cost. Very quiet, clean and comfortable."

"This hotel is excellent, and the staff are all terrific. Room was boot camp clean and shower was wonderful. Only one drawback, parking was difficult as the parking lot is full and all handicapp spaces full. It was a Friday night and it is a casino so it's quite a long walk to the door if you go on a weekend; not too bad during the week. Rooms are very quiet; able to get a good nights' sleep. Beds are conformtable."
