"The check in was good. There was no one at the front desk when we came in, but I think they have a camera to show them when someone approaches the counter so the wait wasn’t long. The room was nice, but not excellent. The AC made a noise that was impossible to fall asleep with, and the road noise (and hall noise) was pretty loud. The kitchenette had some accouterments but not a ton and the dishes in the drawers weren’t fully cleaned. There was no soap to wash them with and when we asked at the...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were great parking was easy and free. Unlike a lot of places downtown Memphis we were headed back to Texas and decided to stop there and go to Beale Street. We had a great time. Thank you,"

"I like the fact that it is dog friendly and I know most guest don't clean up after the pets, but I think someone in the staff should clean up. You have to walk looking down because of all the dog droppings."
