The staff was friendly. Breakfast was convenient. I loved our big room for the price. Main problem was the smoking allowed throughout the hotel. Some tobacco but mainly Mary Jane. Not judging, just not a great experience for my 10 yr old traveling with us being constantly exposed. All in the halls lobby and elevator. Even woken up during the night from the smell seeping into our room. Not everyone enjoys recreational drug use.

Ok for one night, but there were issues. The carpet was worn and actually had holes, the remote needed batteries, the shampoo & conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, the sink did not drain, and the blow dryer did not work. Also, the exit side of the security gate would not open for our truck because, we were told, the truck was too high for the sensor. This made for very inconvenient exits.. The breakfast was good and the room, dining area and lobby were very clean. I would categorize this as hotel as adequate, but would chose another hotel over this one if I ever spend another night in Memphis.

Our check in was lovely. We were given a large room on the 1 floor to make it easy to store our bikes in room. There was a fenced and gated parking lot. Next door was an excellent Mexican restaurant.

Overall a good experience, the breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the door going outside closest to my room didn’t function properly and would slam shut. A jarring noise whenever anyone used it. The lady checking me in was very friendly and efficient

So I was going to go check into the hotel around let’s just say seven thirtyish so I get to the desk a lady with pink and black box braids was very rude and disrespectful and then my mom she called up there and she was rude and disrespectful to my mom, and she went from right behind the desk and walked up to my car as if she was going to try and fight me

Lots of people just hanging around the lobby upon returning for the evening. Entire lobby and even the floor we stayed on smelled like weed. Employees playing music and ignoring guests. Not a good experience at all.

Upon checkin and entering room water was dripping in a stream from the tub faucet and could not be turned off. Asked for another room and they said unable to since every room was booked and if I could tolerate it for the night. The water was obviously running during cleaning from previous party and nothing was done or reported.

The staff were fantastic. The property doesn't look like picture shows it isnt orange but a dull grey now. Picture must be very old. If you dont have a car you have to rely on Uber. Complimentary breakfast is very limited only served between 6-9. If you go to breakfast around 8.15 then very little left to choose from. Tea and coffee available all day which you dont get told about. Overall we had a comfortable stay for the price we paid just a bit far out from the centre of town and amenities.
