"The personnel were delightful! However, when I got to my room, and I’m trying to be fair here, I assume that they had just had an exterminator come because I had two roaches in my room, but they were tiny like 3/8 of an inch. Also the microwave had no glass tray in it, (I went to the front desk to tell them about the glass tray in the microwave and he said he would report it, but did not offer to give me one) the coffee offered was only decaf in my room.
