"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"Renovation overall, no furniture in lobby, makes the place look like its un safe or owners don't want people in the lobby??????"

"Property lives up to the brand's standard and our room was nice and clean. Service was attentive and friendly. Kudos to Gale, who got us some coffee when we arrived. Only downside was the "hot" breakfast, rather cold and scarce around 8 a.m. the first day. The restaurant seemed to be closed both times we walked by so not sure. A little disappointing. We will probably stay again, but just eat elsewhere."
