"I chose this hotel as it was close to my doctor and in a good location for dining and grocery options. The king room was clean, spacious and had a nice desk and couch. Major drawback was that there was NO microwave and I had brought meals that needed to be heated up. Additionally, this location is right in the heart of Legacy Village, so it is busier, nosier and parking isn’t as easy as a stand alone hotel. Overall, my stay was good. "Glidden House is a lovely alternative to large hotels. It is within walking distance to Severance Music Center, the Cleveland Art Museum, the History Center, the Botanical Gardens and the Natural History Museum."

"This hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. It is NOT handicap accessible. The showers were dirty (we had 2 rooms), the mattresses were wrapped in plastic (bedbugs? I hope not) and the plumbing leaked. The water did not get hot in the sink. I ran into other "guests" and found out they had been there 8 months and paid $800/mo. Is this a halfway house? It looked like...

"The rooms were very clean but definitely on the small side. We had a King Deluxe and it was very small. Very bad experience with the pool. We were there with a group that a number of small children and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM GOT CHEMICAL BURNS FROM THE POOL (CHLORINE) but when the front desk was told about, the woman got nasty and said that it couldn't be that.
