Property location was within walking distance of a shopping complex. Parking garage was easy and convenient. Sleep was uncomfortable due to bed. The staff placed me in a double queen room, but I reserved a single king. Didn't like that.

We had a short stay, but everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, the area around the hotel was walkable and entertaining, and the cost of the room was a deal for what we experienced. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

We stayed here for one night for the Browns vs Steelers game, even though it was one night we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in behind a shopping center which itself is very nice. The hotel was very clean and the room kinda had a Japanese hotel esthetic with the sliding bathroom door and divider next to the bed. Next time we visit the Cleveland area we will definitely be staying here again. Just wish the pool had been opened

Excellent hotel, good breakfast. Courteous staff, extremely convenient to Legacy Village. Comfortable bed, very nice room. My only disappointment was that housekeeping did not clean the room on the second day of my stay.
