"We love this hotel. It is perfectly located very near our daughter's apartment, and we have stayed here many times. We have never traveled to NYC in April, however, and discovered that during this time, only heat is available in the room. Even though there is a temperature selection, it is meaningless when the heat is on. Therefore, it's tough to get comfortable at night for sleeping, when we prefer it to be quite cool. It also means that if you don't want heat, you can't have the fan on...
