"The front desk girls were rude and they were rude to everyone once you get to know them and you become friends with them then they're not so rude but just off the bat you could tell some of them are over working there security is weird apparently it's a locals hang out so a lot of local people from Vegas that want to gamble will come in there nowhere near the strip I only stayed there because I was there for SEMA and we wash all our show trucks across the street in an empty abandoned lot behind...

"Comfortable, clean beds, hot shower. Front desk picks up within seconds at 05:00 in the am when required (to report disturbance), and rapidly resolved. best night's sleep in ages. "

"The situation surrounding the hotel was not under their control—there was a union strike going on that grew progressively more aggressive and hostile throughout our stay. It was very uncomfortable crossing the picket line. "

"Loved the Desert Rose Resort. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing, clean and with everything you could need for a weeks stay. Very secure resort, need a key card to enter. We arrived very early, but our room was ready, so they checked us in, after check out in our last day, they held our luggage until we left for the airport. The only 2 things of note that were negative, were the elevator was not working for 4 out if our 7 days. Also the Tropicana Resort next door has been demolished, so it is a massive building site, we did however, notice road sweepers driving along very regularly keeping the dust down. The only other thing, which was in no way connected to the Resort, was the preparation for the Grand Prix taking over the city while we were there, obscuring a lot of the strip and surrounding area with scaffolding etc. All in all a wonderful stay."
