6th time staying at this property. No fault of the property, but Vegas in general shows alot of hardship of drug addiction and sadly homelessness. Blown away how much the city has changed in that regard. Been going here for 15 years now. Not that it is unsafe outside of the Tuscany, but like any place use caution. All the monies poured into Vegas and there is a steady decline.

Well located, walking distance to the Strip and Sphere. Rooms are large and the small fridges are handy. And Marilyn’s restaurant has a full menu at reasonable prices. We stay here on every trip to Vegas!

This place is an unexpected gem. If you are deciding whether or not to book it, book it! The restaurants are great, the pool is beautiful, and it is close enough to the strip with free parking that you can easily walk Or Uber.

The beds were too firm for us as were the pillows. The exhaust fan in the water closet was ridiculously loud. There’s a refrigerator and microwaves are available upon request but NO dishwater/silverware, real coffee mugs was disappointing. Finally, I requested assistance to get our luggage and belongings out of the room for checkout as my husband was at his convention until noon and they said that wasn’t a problem but no one ever showed up.
