"Overall, Ellis Island is an underrated hotel, however, staying here has its drawbacks. One night there was a blackout, and the next a scary 3:30 alarm went off. The staff didn’t seem to known whether or not it was a false alarm/or not. The restaurant is far from fancy but the food was awesome and service top-notch. Also liked Karaoke, but wish that and casino were smoke free!"

"We have a nice stay the room I booked was great. Rm layout is exactly like the photos, large living room, kitchen, 2 kings rm, washer. until upper floor has a water leak cause our master bathroom lights jumped. Called for repair they were only able to stop the leaks but the power is not back on. We were asked to switch to another floor two rooms that co-jointed with smaller floor plan. That’s a bit inconvenient and disappointing. Another problem I have run into was before our trip I called...
