I stayed in tower 1, my room was WORN DOWN, it was not too dirty but not the cleanest. One of the sinks in the restroom did not drain. I tried to valet my car on ALL the days I was there but told there wasn't any room. I had to park at MGM self park. It is a VERY far walk, especially if you are carrying items with you

The posting mentioned a jetted tub, but there was no bathtub at all. The dresser was broken and had a bad odor. One of the bathroom faucets was leaking, and the toilet tissue provided was of such poor quality that even public restroom tissue would have been better. The paper towels were so flimsy they tore with the slightest touch. To make matters worse, the phone was broken, and there was a note instructing not to call the front desk—almost as if it was intentionally left that way. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

We (family of 4; staying in 1 bedroom and 2 bath option) stayed in the hotel for 8 days during the Christmas week. The good: location. It is conveniently located close to the strip. That means it is not terribly busy from foot traffic but easily accessible as it is only 2-3 blocks away from Bellagio. The bad: we repeatedly requested for house cleaning but they never cleaned during our stay. They do pick up trash if you leave it outside your room but they refuse to clean. TV/cable was broken upon arrival. Worse: insufficient utensils (we opted for the hotel since we needed a kitchen as our kids have food allergies). They also do not have dishwasher soap and kitchen items (dishwasher soap and sponge). Worst: 2nd bathroom toilet bowl’s flush was hit or miss. Repeatedly not flushing completely. The worst: no parking. They advertise valet service but on our last 3 days, they overbooked and guests were asked to park at neighboring MGM and so we had to walk about a mile to park and get back to hotel! Other minor things: it is advertised as 4.5-star hotel and it was probably at that level once but it is now quite old and outdated. Very basic TV service/options.

I have all good things to say about this property! It was nice having a space that was more of an apartment than just a bedroom like at other hotels. Fully equipped with everything you could need including a second full bathroom. Less than a five minute walk to the strip. We had our 16 year old son with us as we were there for the UFC fights so it was nice not having to check in at an actual casino. I know, I know, we will let him watch a UFC fight but shy away from letting him see gambling … what can I say … (shy smile/shrug). Anyways like I said this resort was absolutely fantastic, please consider staying here you won’t be disappointed!

We booked this thru AAA, we asked for additional coffee and was told since we reserved thru a third party, we would have to contact AAA for this service. The property was exceptional. Very surprised there was no in room service. No restaurant on the property available during regular standard las vegas time.

I liked the 1 bedroom beautiful view but the staff can really use some better communication skills, I couldn’t enjoy the amenities because I was really looking forward to the pool that was apart of me choosing that hotel so for them to not have something that there advertised is not cool at all.. it was my birthday and had ideas for some really good photos so I’m bummed about it

Everything is nice and just as expected. Only issue when booking through Expedia, the property personal will not have nothing to do with you. I asked for an upgraded balcony. Everyones hands were tide. No one could do nothing bc we booked through Expedia. Okay fine. No biggie. Well we needed a few extra towels. Went to the front desk. They could not give us towels bc we booked through Expedia. We had to call Expedia and have thrm call thr property for towels. It ended up being an hour and a half process just for towels. I say we were treated like crap bc we booked through Expedia. No one would help us. Future reference just book we the property itself. This 3rd party stuff was terrible. Other than that it was beautiful and clean just as you would expect.

It’s a condo-hotel which a lot of the rooms are privately owned. They give you a number to call if you have questions, need help, or have any issues that need to be resolved, you can’t call the front desk for help. Our room safe was broken and they never fixed it. We tried to call wit another request and finally hung up after we waited on hold for 15 minutes. We will not be back.
