"This was our second time staying at this fabulous hotel. Great location for exploring lower Manhattan and so close to the Newark airport, too. The room was so spacious, really a suite with sitting area and an amazing shower I’ll never forget, like standing under a waterfall. The robes were so soft and bedding really comfortable, too. We slept very soundly. The room was quiet and staff very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great dining and everyday shops. Facility is showing its age and the elevator broke down causing long wait lines. Staff was very good and very responsive. Rooms were clean except not carpets not vacuumed daily and kept running out of tissues. Bathrooms need more counter space and hooks for hanging. "

"Property was located in a great location within walking distance to Time Square and Broadway. There were many dining options around the area. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. All the staff we encountered were extremely nice and professional. Only downside was paid parking garage was within a 10-minute walk unless you paid extra for valet. "
