"Excellent location to be based at if doing a short Shanghai trip. It is linked directly to a small mall with retail and food. MRT station is just across the street. And the location is right at the west entrance of East Nanjing pedestrian street , so you get the convenience of all the shops and food that comes with it. "Location is amazing Linked to a paid park with easy access to vicinity. Lovely architecture and service was impeccable. We stayed in the suite which was very large and fully stocked with amenities. Only feedback we have was the air-conditioning which on query is actually partly centralised. Overall a definite recommendation to stay here when you come to Suzhou. In fact, I'd recommend you explore the hotel and park grounds 1st before you head out to explore Suzhou old town"

"Facing the west lake, it is best place to view the west lake. It is near Su Di and Lou Wai Lou, the famous restaurant. Temple Yue is 3 min away. Really love the breakfast there. The ginger tea brought us a warm morning during a code winter time. Two birds in the hotel lobby could green guests. And the most important, the hotel hosted a lot of political leaders in the past."
