"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. Going to the tradeshow only minutes away was extremely useful as casual...

"Great for weekend retreat or business. Rooms are quiet with solid wood doors. In new properties I usually have a hard time hearing all kind of noises. Superb German / Munich restaurant on site. Superb fitness club."

"The AC was not working in the room and when we called the technician we were told that the hotel's air conditioning was under maintenance. Mosquito's and bed bugs kept me awake all night! I did report the experience to the property manager the next morning and was told that a refund will be provided."
