This hotel is beautiful. Every single person from the front desk, greeters, cafe, housekeeping, bar, and valet, everyone, was just amazing. The atmosphere is stunning and feels classy vintage. They took excellent care of me. I have never stayed in a cleaner well kept hotel/resort. I work for the resort company owned by a famous mouse. But, the Omni staff and hotel was by far a class of their own. The cafe actually has real food made to order and barista made espresso drinks not just reach-in shelves or coolers. I could’ve spent a whole afternoon talking the the bellman, cafe barista, reading a book all while sitting around in the lobby just hanging out. This was an excellent find and if ever back in Indy, I will book again and again!! 11 out of 10 stars.

The television wasn’t working to watch the NFL playoffs and they charge you to use WiFi, the cell phone reception wasn’t good either. They were supposed to text when room was ready but never did, went back at 4:30 and finally got our room.

The new renovation looks amazing! Beautiful architecture and historic preservation. Staff was super friendly! The restaurants in the hotel have great food and drink options. This hotel is also close to many nearby attractions and popular restaurants! Definitely plan on coming back and staying here in the future!
