"Room was much larger than expected. It was cold and took a while for the window unit to heat up the room, and was loud, but eventually the room was comfortable. The bathroom was still a bit cool, but ok. Only issue was that the sink water was cold. Ran it for a while expecting it to warm up, but it did not. Skipped a shower, didn’t need to freeze. "

"Steve at the registration counter was excellent. He was helping someone someone on the phone when I arrived. He went to the extreme to accommodate the needs of that person. The facility appears to be brand new. Clean, modern, comfortable. In 3 years the nicest hotel we've stayed in."
