"First time staying at this hotel, but I have been coming to the East Boothbay region for 20 years. Stayed in the pier building and it was well worth it just for the view alone. I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. "This house is beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood. The small motel across the street did not impact us at all. Sunset over the water behind it was beautiful! Loved the two living areas and open kitchen for our group of six women, also the large deck. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well supplied, though did have to pick up napkins and coffee filters. The General Store up the road had delicious breakfast and lunch food! Hope to return again"

"We loved this place. Even better in person than the pictures. Gorgeous setting on Ocean Point in a quiet neighborhood. Very nicely appointed, it meets all your needs and when the thermostat acted up the property manager was quick to respond and provide space heaters until hvac could come the next morning. We highly recommend and will stay here again. "
