"Was a nice place. Comfortable for 6 (2 adults 4 kids 14-17). Comfortable bed in the downstairs bedroom. The kids didn’t complain about theirs so assuming upstairs was comfortable as well. I scrambled when we arrived because there wasn’t a lighter in the house to get the fire going but the heater in the dining room worked well to knock the chill off (bring your own lighter). "This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay for our visit to Kings Canyon and Sequoia national parks. Located in a quite neighborhood with a large property with amazing views looking over the valley and to the mountains we couldn't have been happier. Inside of the house was extremely clean, very modern, and very spacious. "This place is perfect for small families it is located in a cute quiet neighborhood 10 mins from town. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. A few items need attention. The master shower door doesn’t shut so water leaks.. we had to use several towels to soak up water each time we showered. Also the fridge makes a loud noice when trying to make ice which doesn’t work. The fireplace was very warm and cozy."

"The host is very responsive and gave detailed instructions on how to get to the place. We are up for the adventure and experience thus we decided to book the RV even though it’s in a remote area. It wasn’t that bad, the RV is in a good condition, there’s wifi, tv and heater. everything works alright and the sunrise view is amazing! Overall, it was okay and we had a pleasant stay. "We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. We have returned year after year in February and have always loved the snow-covered wooded views from the deck. The house is perfect for multiple families with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The heater works well and we have always been well supplied with fire wood for the wood stove. The kitchen is well stocked. The sofas and beds are very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. "

Only room for improvement would be if the property had its own private entrance. You have to drive past a couple of houses to get to the location, so we were a little confused getting to the house, but it all worked out!"
