"Mofe is a welcoming and considerate host. The home is 100 years old and has some quirks, which I love. I've started traveling with an extension cord which comes in handy in older homes where outlets are not as frequent and/or easy to access as newer builds. It's very well equipped and has a wonderful deck attached. Only wish it had a bit warmer so I could have enjoyed it more. Thanks again, Mofe!"

"My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away "

"We didn't need much and weren't staying for a long time. This place is small, but was fine for us. If you follow the directions everything is pretty easy to enjoy the accommodations. We were able to walk downtown or drive if we wanted. Nice to be able park in a nice parking lot close to the living area. Patio is nice and we didn't use the grill but its close to the living quarters. We had a great time and will definitely consider renting again when in the area."

"It was just a short jaunt to downtown St petersburg. Good for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. Would give it a #5 for ease of stay. Host was very responsive with any questions. VERY accomodating!"

"I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. "Loved the quiet adult atmosphere, availability of bikes for our use. the shuttle pick up was in front of resort and bike trail was nearby along with restaurants and lots of bars and breweries along the trail. Dunedin is a hidden gem!"
