"Overall decent hotel. The floor of the room was very slick, seems like they used a cleaner that wasn’t suitable. Front Office staff is phenomenal. There is no elevator on the property. "

"Close to the beach and they even provided beach towels to sit on. We could walk to everything we needed once we got parked so that was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Traffic was noticeable at night as the road is right there and I am used to complete silence. I just pulled up some white noise on you tube."

"The Shephard’s Beach Resort was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We had an excellent view of the ocean from our room on the sixth floor and were able to watch the sunset each night from our balcony. The Tiki Bar area near the beach was great for food, drinks, and live music in the afternoons and evenings. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within a ten minute walk of the hotel, but you don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to as they have easy access to food and drinks most of the day. The private beach was great, but unfortunately the ocean water was too cold for us to swim during our stay in February. We did, however, thoroughly enjoy the hot tub. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
